Mobile service and appointment-only workshop

Doctor Lock Car Keys is a mobile automotive locksmith service. Our workshop is not a retail locksmith shop and is not open for walk-ins.

Vehicles can be towed to our location by prior arrangement only. Please call first so we can confirm the vehicle, key type, timing and whether a tow-in job is suitable.

What we need to quote over the phone

To confirm the correct key and price, we’ll ask for:

• Registration or make/model/year
• Your suburb or vehicle location
• Turn key or push-button start
• Whether you have one working key or all keys are lost
• Any issues such as flat battery, locked steering or previous failed key programming attempts

• Correct key supplied where available — basic, remote or smart key
• Cutting if required
• Immobiliser / transponder programming
• Remote button programming where applicable
• Testing before we leave
